Close Encounters (The Rules)
Ten rules were compiled. They were not to be broken. The rules acted as a map for the creative process. This work explores the nature of human perception, translation and the connection between individuals. In their closest encounters, the performers seek to discover the commonality and difference between them. The audience will bear witness to the revealing of these unique stories that fuse movement, voice, sound and visuals with the rules. Without knowing what the others have created, is there a common code that exists between them?

CorpoREAL
Based on corporal memory of how the body stores
history CorpoREAL questions the relationship
between memory and fact, and the role the imagination
plays in the reconstruction of the past and of the
memory. The personal history of the choreographer
and his experiences as they relate to his own body serves as the basis for this reflection.
