Alyssa Favero
Alyssa Favero is a queer emerging multiracial dance artist currently based on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples–Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. Alyssa aims to enter spaces with curiosity and love. In 2022 Alyssa graduated from Modus Operandi Alyssa and since has felt creative momentum and support from the dance community. They are dancer, choreographer, teacher, facilitator and director. As a dancer Alyssa has performed works by Khoudia Toure, OURO Collective and Zahra Shahab. As a facilitator, Alyssa has completed a nourishing mentorship with All Bodies Dance Project and taught at The Happening Dance Company. As a choreographer-director Alyssa has had the pleasure of researching their own work with collaborators Justin Calvadores, Audrey Sides, Lamont and Dino with the support of What Lab and Co. ERASGA. This summer is an exciting moment for Alyssa to have their work be featured in DOTE alongside Good Woman Dance Collective.

Dino Hajdarovac
Dino Hajdarovac is an emerging queer muslim Bosnian-German musician specializing in sound design/composition, music production and experimental research. He is grateful to be living and creating on the Unceded xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish), and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh) territories, colonially known as Vancouver, BC. Dino is a recent graduate of Nimbus School of Recording & Media. He is curious about bending sound and visual languages within experiential and paralinguistic communication art. Dino believes that sound is something more than just something you hear, and is passionate about how it holds visual meaning when experimenting with audio-visual interaction. He is proficient in Ableton, FL Studio, and Reaper. Recently, he received his certification in Pro Tools. His recent art collaborations include presentations with Trinity Square Video, Grunt Gallery/MPCAS, Chimerik 似不像, RT Collective/Toronto Dance Theatre, Rumble Theatre, and currently F-O-R-M Recorded Movement Society/Charles Street Video Toronto. He is known for the indie-funk duo, mei anima.

Julien Villa
Julien Villa is a musician from Bordeaux, France. After graduating in Sound Engineering school ISTS in Paris, with a degree in Audiovisual / Cinema sound engineering. He released four EP’s on the french label Sodasound, playing live sets in the parisian club scene and festivals around France. His musical background oscillates between Hip Hop, Cinema scores, Sound Design and US - UK Electronic music, mostly Electronica, Techno, Ambient, Breakbeat, Trip Hop. Julien began to come close with the dance community when he composed the soundtrack for a documentary about dance in Sénegal. In 2018 he began to collaborate with Khoudia Touré and her dance company, La Mer Noire, and has composed soundtracks for the company : Gaou , Lowela, and Khoudia’s creation, Oro, this past year. In 2021, he composed the soundtrack of the new project of the french choreographer Smaïl Kanoute, « Yasuke Kurosan ». and a video project with Villa Médicis.
