SUBJECT TO is a solo performance that proposes silence as a louder act of resistance. Inspired by the Europe Gazing gatherings in Tangier, where people silently face the sea toward Spain, it reflects on the body’s capacity to express longing without words. Through stillness and minimal gesture, the performance gives form to an unspoken urge for change and transformation. Silence becomes not absence, but presence charged with meaning.
